In this role, you will join a growing team in Abu Dhabi and support the delivery of security systems projects across the Middle East.

What You Will Do

You will support the design, estimation, coordination, and execution of physical security systems projects, working closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and to specification.

  • Support the project management team in the design and execution of security systems projects, including access control, CCTV, intercom, and network solutions.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and estimation activities by helping define technical scope and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects from design through delivery.
  • Carry out site surveys for the assigned territory and support installation planning.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for installation works and follow up on progress and quality.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and project specifications.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and represent the project team in the field.
  • Prepare professional project documentation and official communications for clients and vendors.

How You Will Do It

  • Take ownership of your projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, and integrity.
  • Stay close to the work by conducting site surveys, understanding client needs, and removing obstacles that could affect delivery.
  • Use practical problem-solving and continuous improvement to refine design decisions, estimates, and execution plans.
  • Work as one team with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and colleagues, bringing clear communication and diverse perspectives to the table.
  • Apply contractual obligations, QA/QC expectations, and applicable standards consistently throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Balance technical detail with commercial awareness to recommend solutions that are effective, reliable, and cost conscious.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a similar discipline from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of project engineering experience in low-voltage physical security systems in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intercom, network, and associated peripherals.
  • Experience supporting the execution of gate barrier, intrusion, or similar low-voltage security systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, team management, and influencing skills.
  • Good analytical thinking, planning, project costing, and execution skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, high-quality professional documents and official communications.
  • Solid understanding of contractual documents, client/vendor correspondence, and client-facing communication.
  • Exposure to broader low-voltage systems such as data LAN or PAVA is beneficial.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across active project sites will help you succeed in this role.
