About Out Summer Internship Program Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment. As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth. The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program). This role is hybrid in the Alpharetta, Georgia office for 2-3 days a week.  Project Management Intern — Professional Services About the Role As a Project Management Intern, you'll work alongside our Professional Services project managers to learn how complex customer implementation projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. You'll get exposure to real project schedules, resourcing, and customer coordination- a great foundation for anyone interested in a project management career, no technical background needed. What You'll Do Assist project managers in building and maintaining project schedules and status trackers Help prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes Support resource and timeline tracking across multiple active projects Coordinate logistics for project kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews Help maintain project documentation and templates in our PM tools Track action items, risks, and follow-ups, and help ensure they're closed out on time Support process-improvement initiatives within the PMO What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication Comfortable working with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic PM tools (we'll train you on our specific systems) Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines A proactive, team-oriented attitude No prior project management or product experience required What You'll Gain Practical, hands-on exposure to real customer implementation projects Mentorship from experienced project managers Exposure to PM methodologies (waterfall/agile) in a live business setting A strong foundation for a career in project or program management Potential path toward a full-time PS role after graduation Benefits As a paid intern at Veeam, you’ll receive: Paid Company Holidays  during your internship Tech Stipend  to help set up your workspace 8 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time  through our Veeam Cares Program Personal and Professional  Development through our Internship Program We’re committed to providing a supportive and rewarding internship experience.
