Full job description
The role leads the Chuuk PMO and infrastructure portfolio, overseeing planning, procurement, implementation, contract administration, project controls, Infrastructure Maintenance Fund programming, reporting, stakeholder coordination, consultant and contractor performance and team capacity building.
Requirements & qualifications
The official notice requires a bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least seven years of progressively responsible infrastructure-project-management experience, including design, procurement, construction and contract administration supervision. A postgraduate qualification and professional engineering licensure are desirable.
