Project Manager

This is a versatile project leadership opportunity supporting growth, operational development, and business transformation across a fast-moving mobility environment. You will work closely with senior leadership while managing projects spanning commercial, operational, corporate, and cross-functional initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can bring structure to complex challenges and drive initiatives forward. You may lead systems implementations, process improvements, customer proposals, site launches, people initiatives, or broader business transformation projects. The position offers significant exposure to electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, fleet operations, and emerging mobility programmes. Lead and deliver projects across operational, commercial, corporate, and cross-functional business functions. Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while maintaining quality, momentum, accountability, and delivery timelines. Support strategic growth initiatives, business transformation programmes, operational expansion, and organizational development. Develop project plans, governance structures, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Drive process improvement and business change initiatives designed to improve efficiency and operational performance. Support customer proposals, mobilisation plans, operational readiness activities, and other growth-related initiatives. Manage project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery schedules. Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, HR, Recruitment, Finance, Training, Legal, Health & Safety, and other relevant functions. Work directly with senior leadership to provide project updates, recommendations, risks, and practical solutions. Represent the organization professionally when engaging with customers, suppliers, partners, and other external stakeholders. Identify potential challenges and dependencies early, developing practical solutions to maintain delivery momentum. Create structure and accountability across complex programmes and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and next steps. Contribute to business development and commercial initiatives where project management expertise can support growth. Help establish scalable processes, systems, and operational capabilities as the business expands. Requirements Proven experience managing complex projects or programmes from initiation through successful delivery. Strong project planning, coordination, organizational, and prioritization skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. Experience working with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups. Strong commercial awareness and practical business acumen. Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities and requirements may change. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, follow-through, and ability to deliver measurable results. Benefits Contract opportunity initially expected to run for 6–12 months , with potential for extension or transition to a permanent position.
