Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic and enterprise-wide projects. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the Bank's governance framework and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Prepare project documentation, governance artifacts, presentations, and executive reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's Project Governance Framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Track project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost control.
  • Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and contract recommendation processes.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure delivery meets agreed quality, scope, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Measure project performance using KPIs and earned value metrics, providing regular status updates to management.
  • Support Business Continuity and Emergency Response activities when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience.

  • Experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly preferred.

Professional Certifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Agile Project Management certifications (Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
