The role oversees construction projects, contractors, budgets and schedules; reviews engineering designs; manages risks and procurement; prepares project reporting; and supports facility-management needs for port infrastructure.
Requirements & qualifications
The official posting requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of construction-engineering experience on large infrastructure, commercial or port projects, and authorization to work in Antigua and Barbuda. Professional Engineer status is highly desirable.
