We are hiring a Project Manager for our client, a leading consultancy based in Dubai.
What will you do?
- Managing and being accountable for your scope of work on the project.
- Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan and managing ad and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives.
- Being actively engaged in the health, safety, and well-being of the project at all stages.
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of your project**.**Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
What are we looking for?
- A bachelors degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field
- Min 5 years experience as a PM for mixed-use , residential projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel), MS Project is a must.
- Good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach; suitable technical qualification relevant to the specific project/role.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner
