A leading Oil & Gas EPC Contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of major EPC projects from award through commissioning.
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall execution of EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, productivity, and contractual compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead commercial discussions, variation orders, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 15+ years of EPC project management experience.
- Minimum 8 years managing large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Proven experience in onshore or offshore EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Experience on ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or other major Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
