ABOUT THE POSITION
Project Manager (Manufacturing) at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering manufacturing-related projects, from concept through implementation and handover to production. This includes ownership of project schedules, budgets, resource coordination, and risk management. The role requires a strong technical understanding of manufacturing operational principles, proactive communication with suppliers, contractors, cross-functional teams, and the ability to ensure that technical solutions meet BURGA’s quality, safety, and performance KPIs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead innovative manufacturing projects that improve operational efficiency and support production growth.

Prepare and manage project documentation (scope, RFQs, risk assessments, schedules, budgets).

Supervise installation and implementation phases of new equipment and processes.

Monitor project performance indicators and prepare progress reports.

Ensure effective communication between all involved parties.

Guarantee safety, quality, and performance requirements are met.

Drive post-project reviews
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

At least 3 years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project management.

A track record of successfully leading or coordinating technical or manufacturing projects.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and control manufacturing or technical projects.

Ability to read technical drawings and manage supplier communication (RFQs, contracts).

Excellent English communication skills.

Analytical mindset, ownership, and attention to detail.

Ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
SALARY: 3300 - 4400EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.

Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have at least three years of combined engineering, manufacturing or project-management experience, a track record coordinating technical projects, ability to read technical drawings and manage suppliers/RFQs/contracts, strong English and cross-functional collaboration skills.
