• Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von IT-Projekten im Kunden- und internen Umfeld. • Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Roadmaps, Meilensteinen und Zeitplänen. • Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams (z. B. Softwareentwicklung, Data & AI). • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie Übernahme von Beratungsaufgaben. • Steuerung von Budget, Ressourcen und Projektkosten inklusive Risiko-Management. • Laufendes Reporting sowie Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts. • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios der Dataciders-Gruppe.
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (agil und klassisch zB SCRUM). • Technisches Grundverständnis im industrie- oder hardware-nahen Umfeld (z. B. SPS oder produktionsnahe IT-Systeme). • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten. • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Koordinationskompetenz sowie Zielorientierung • Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kunden in Workshops. • Bereitschaft zum selbstständigen Lernen und zur fachlichen Weiterbildung. • Offenheit für ein sich ständig veränderndes Geschäftsfeld. • Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten im Team mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
