Project Manager, Service Delivery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery based in United States. As a Project Manager within the Service Delivery team, you will take ownership of business customer orders from initiation through successful completion, creating a seamless delivery experience with fewer departmental handoffs. You will coordinate internal teams and third-party providers while keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines hands-on telecommunications expertise with structured project management and customer-facing communication. You will oversee services including Internet circuits, Hosted VoIP, number porting, and SD-WAN implementations. Success requires strong organization, clear documentation, and the ability to manage multiple dependencies and priorities. Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned business customer orders, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality completion. Coordinate internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the delivery process, providing clear updates and managing expectations. Manage telecommunications delivery activities including Internet circuit ordering, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting. Lead SD-WAN implementation activities and coordinate VoIP porting and Internet circuit orders across multiple carriers. Document project dependencies, priorities, requirements, and key actions to support efficient execution. Apply hands-on service delivery experience to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and drive successful project outcomes. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational objectives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management. Hands-on experience with VoIP, SD-WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering through telecommunications carriers. Strong ability to identify and clearly document project dependencies, priorities, and requirements. Proven ability to coordinate and effectively manage third-party resources. Strong project organization, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
