This is a senior opportunity for an experienced promotional products professional with strong commercial instincts and deep industry expertise. You’ll combine consultative selling, supplier relationships, and product knowledge to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer programs. The role spans the full deal lifecycle, from initial discovery and sourcing through final delivery and ongoing account growth. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them develop merchandise programs aligned with their brand and business objectives. You’ll also contribute your expertise internally by mentoring teammates and improving scalable processes. This is a remote-first environment where your industry knowledge, initiative, and ability to make a meaningful impact can directly influence a growing business.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new and expansion opportunities, proactively identifying potential deals across new and existing customer accounts and taking ownership of commercial outcomes. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, leading consultative conversations that uncover customer needs, develop tailored merchandise strategies, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships. Develop and present promotional product and program recommendations aligned with customer brand objectives, while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and broader account expansion. Own customer relationships from initial discovery through final delivery, coordinating closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure complex orders are executed successfully and customers receive a high-quality experience. Leverage deep promotional products expertise and supplier relationships to source high-quality, cost-effective products, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain strong vendor partnerships. Stay current on promotional product trends, decoration methods, emerging categories, materials, and supplier capabilities through industry events, webinars, trade shows, and ongoing market research. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams while mentoring colleagues, sharing industry knowledge, and contributing to process improvements that make workflows more efficient and scalable. Develop expert-level knowledge of the platform and its capabilities to help customers make informed product decisions and build confidence in long-term programs. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in the promotional products industry, preferably on the distributor side, with strong knowledge of the supplier and distributor ecosystem. Proven experience in consultative sales, pipeline management, account development, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue and expand customer relationships. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer goals and translate them into strategic product and program recommendations. Established vendor relationships and practical knowledge of sourcing promotional products, printing, decoration methods, pricing, and supplier capabilities. Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, sales pipelines, customer relationships, and deadlines simultaneously. Solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer and operational challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to listen carefully before providing strategic guidance. Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build trust and productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and motivated by the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing organization.
