[仕事内容]
電動工具部門のエリアセールスマネージャー（関西地区）の募集です。
担当エリア内の取引先（＝代理店、販売店）に対する、電動工具部門の取扱製品全般（＝電動工具、測定工具、電動工具用アクセサリー。特に仕事で当社製品を使用するプロユーザー向け）の営業活動全般を担っていただきます。主な業務内容は以下の通りです。
・取引先担当者への製品説明やデモンストレーションの実施
・各取引先に対するプロモーション企画の立案・実施
・取引先の販売イベント参加（＝ユーザーへの製品説明・販売支援）
・担当取引先の売上目標管理
[ポジションの魅力]
自宅から取引先を訪問する直行直帰の営業スタイルですので、自らスケジュールを立てて活動することが可能です。
[チームに関して]
関西地区で3名のチームになります。定期的にチーム会議（＝対面、オンライン）を実施し、情報交換や相互サポートを行っています。会議時以外でも日常的に電話やメールで頻繁にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進めています。

Qualifications and requirements
[必要な経験、スキル、バックグラウンド]
・営業経験（3年以上）
・普通自動車免許（第一種）
・日本語（読み書き、会話ともネイティブレベル）
・PC操作スキル（Excel、PowerPoint等のオフィス系ソフト中心）

・プロ向け工具業界での営業経験
・コミュニケーション能力
・ネゴシエーション能力

[業務形態]
担当エリア内に居住し、自宅から取引先に直接向かう直行直帰スタイルの営業です。
基本は平日勤務ですが、取引先での販売イベント参加等で休日出勤が必要となることもあります。（休日出勤の場合は、平日に振替休日を取得可能）
[出張の頻度]
担当地域を中心に、定期的な国内出張があります。頻度は居住場所と担当エリアによりますが、月の1/3程度になる可能性もあります。海外出張は特別なイベント等が無い限りはありません。
[転勤・転居の可能性]
チームや営業エリア再編が将来発生した場合、転居を伴う転勤が発生する可能性があります。
[英語の使用頻度]
担当業務においては英語を使用することはほぼありませんが、将来的にマネージャーポジションを目指す場合は英語も必要となります。
