A PhD is a plus. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with strong analytical skills are also welcome.   Work Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in the financial sector. Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they have strong academic credentials.   Data Management: You have strong hands-on experience with SQL, Pandas, Hadoop/Spark, and web scraping to prepare, structure, and make data usable for data science.   Data Science: You apply a broad range of analytical methods in both classical machine learning and generative AI, and you are familiar with a data-centric approach to building and improving AI solutions by combining code and data.   Programming language: You have extensive experience in programming with Python and contribute to deploying AI applications in production using a comprehensive stack of tools     Specific Qualifications:   Soft Skills :   Communication: You are fluent in English and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and the lead data scientist to clarify goals and assumptions.   Teamwork: You work effectively in an Agile Scrum team and communicate well in a dynamic, multicultural environment.   You are curious, analytical, energetic, customers oriented, and resilient under press ure.     Behavioral Skills:    Agile and Scrum experience   Business experience     Education Level:  Bachelor Degree, PG or equivalent   Location:  Chennai
