Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to ensure that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plan (PQP), and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and inspection requests.
- Monitor testing and inspection activities and maintain accurate quality records.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, corrective action reports, and other quality documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
- Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain complete QA/QC documentation for project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction QA/QC.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, and construction standards.
- Experience in preparing quality reports and handling NCRs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
