Job Description – QA/QC Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Projects: High-Rise Building, Riverton & Villa Projects
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality control processes for high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at site.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Review project documents, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
- Monitor quality of civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Ensure materials received at site meet approved specifications and standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Monitor testing activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Support project handover documentation and final quality inspections.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
- UAE contracting experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
