QA QC EXECUTIVE

Position: QA/QC Executives / Associates

Industry: Construction / Real Estate Developer

Duration: 1 Year & extendable

Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction, contracting, or real estate development sector.

Nationality: Open (Any Nationality)

Interview Process: F2F and online for overseas candidates as in when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and verify that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, checklists, and related documentation.
• Participate in snagging, handover inspections, and quality audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and HSE requirements.
• Support the timely completion of projects while maintaining the required quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and construction quality standards.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation processes.
