QA/QC Engineer

Due to the urgent hiring requirement and visa processing timelines, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Activities:

• Implement project quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections for reinforcement, pile construction, concrete works, and foundation activities.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, observations, and corrective action reports.
• Monitor testing activities including concrete, bentonite, grout, steel reinforcement, and pile testing.
• Maintain project quality records and documentation.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance.
• Ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
• Coordinate closely with construction and HSE teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in piling and foundation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, quality procedures, and construction standards.
• Experience with pile integrity testing, load testing, and concrete quality control.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
