The official program includes pre-conference activity, panels, keynotes, workshops, a Quantum Diplomacy Game, poster exhibition, industry booths and working groups. Registration opened 1 September 2026 at 09:00 PHT. Current attendee pricing is tiered at PHP 600 early bird and PHP 800 regular. Accepted poster presenters receive a complimentary registration fee waiver.

Researchers, industry professionals, students and community participants interested in quantum science, technology, innovation and responsible quantum ecosystems. Limited student scholarships are selection-based.
