Quality Assurance Manager Energy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager Energy based in United States. This is a senior quality leadership role supporting commercial nuclear projects and energy-sector operations. You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust Quality Assurance program aligned with rigorous nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role combines program oversight, project QA, auditing, supplier qualification, corrective action, and continuous improvement. You will partner with engineering, procurement, business, and project management teams to embed quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will also lead and develop QA and QC professionals while serving as a key point of contact for customers, regulators, and third-party auditors. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen nuclear safety culture, reduce risk, and ensure consistently high-quality products and services. This is a remote position based out of an Oak Ridge, Tennessee office.
