The Quality Assurance Department ensures that every aspect of our talent operations, from platform, content strategy implementation, and streaming performance - meets our internal standards and aligns with the agency’s overall objectives. As part of our expanding operations, we require more operators to join the team! Role Overview The Quality Assurance Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining the daily operational quality of model activities and ensuring that agency-wide standards are met. This role supports the Talent Management and Relationship Management team by reviewing processes, checking for compliance, and ensuring that each creator’s strategy is being executed correctly and consistently. You’ll be responsible for monitoring task completion, verifying daily checklists, reporting any deviations from content strategy, and help
