Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality assurance and control processes across all construction projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and policies to ensure project compliance with specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks at project sites.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality assurance and control reports for management and clients.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with project managers and site teams.
- Review and approve materials, equipment, and methods to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance processes and standards.
- Monitor compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency in project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

5-10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, with a minimum of 6 years in the UAE.

Strong background in quality assurance and control in construction projects.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Proficiency in quality control tools and software.

Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
