About The Role
We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d), who will own the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our integrated management systems, covering quality, environmental, and information security domains, while driving audit programmes and cross-functional quality processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Management Systems: Plan, develop, monitor, and optimise our integrated management systems across QMS, EMS, and ISMS frameworks.
- QM Methods: Elaborate and promote quality management methods and techniques across the organisation, including core tools such as FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Audit Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external audits; support customer and certification audits through to closure.
- Supplier Audits: Support the purchasing department in planning and conducting supplier audits in line with applicable standards.
- CAPA Oversight: Initiate, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions across quality-relevant processes.
- Quality Reporting: Conduct cross-divisional QM data evaluation and maintain statistical reporting to support management review and decision-making.
Essential Skills
- QMS Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with quality management systems, with working knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, and ISO 14001
- Information Security: Initial exposure to information security management systems, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, TISAX, or NIS-2.
- Quality Core Tools: Practical experience applying FMEA, 8D reporting, and structured root cause analysis methodologies in an industrial or technical environment.
- Technical Background: Completed bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English, sufficient for audit documentation, customer interaction, and internal reporting.
