This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Quantitative Insights Analyst based in the United States. This senior-level contract role sits within a customer experience insights practice supporting a broad digital and e-commerce organization. You will bring rigorous quantitative analysis to qualitative research, journey management, and customer experience programs. Your work will help quantify customer pain points, size opportunities, and translate research findings into measurable business impact. You will build frameworks that connect customer signals, behavioral data, and business outcomes to support confident prioritization. The role offers the opportunity to influence senior leadership decisions through clear, defensible evidence. You will also help strengthen AI-enabled analytics workflows and develop more scalable approaches to insight generation across a complex enterprise environment.
