Full job description
The consultant will support RapidPro system architecture, data governance, server and platform deployment, integration with EMIS, SMS gateway configuration, dashboards, pilot testing, capacity building, documentation and transition to government ownership.
Requirements & qualifications
The posting calls for an advanced degree in ICT, information systems, computer science, data science, information management or a related field (with a bachelor's plus additional relevant experience potentially accepted), at least five years of relevant experience, hands-on RapidPro or similar platform experience, and fluency in English. Amharic and other local languages are assets.
