Your Mission
This position will be part of R&D department within Adragos Athens, member of Adragos Pharma; a globally operating pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). The R&D Analytical Scientist will accommodate a wide range of R&D analytical laboratory activities pertaining to the development of analytical methods suitable for final product quality control purposes, as well as the efficient execution of a variety of analytical studies supporting drug product development activities. The R&D Analytical Scientist will be expected to operate within a competent team of analytical scientists (chemists and pharmacists) and will report to the R&D Senior Manager. Role Responsibilities
- Set up and execute science-driven and phase appropriate analytical strategies to support product development projects.
- Actively participate in analytical method development activities for the final products.
- Positively liaise with the rest of the team in order to ensure the effective operation of the R&D department Analytical laboratory.
- Carry out the execution of Formulation stability study protocols and the compilation of reports containing the scientific outcome of the analytical studies.
Qualifications And Requirements

Minimum Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.

Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis or related scientific discipline.
-
At least 2 years of professional experience in analytical method development/method validation/quality control (chromatographic and spectroscopic analytical techniques).

High lingual proficiency in English.

High computer proficiency; experience operating with all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience with mass spectrometric analytical techniques.
-
Experience with nitrosamine testing of pharmaceutical products.

Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to work with cross-functional teams.
