This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate Administrator based in the United States. This fully remote role supports day-to-day operations for a high-volume real estate contact center and lead management environment. You will help ensure lead submissions, customer communications, broker follow-ups, and CRM records are handled accurately and efficiently. The position combines administrative coordination, customer service, research, and data management responsibilities. You will work across multiple software platforms while maintaining strong attention to detail and productivity standards. Your work will directly contribute to smooth customer journeys and effective support for real estate professionals. The role is well suited to an organized, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with the flexibility of working remotely anywhere in the United States.
Accurately process incoming lead submissions according to established client program guidelines, including interactions through phone, email, text, and chat when required. Manage incoming customer communications across program-specific email inboxes, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses. Research customer and broker information and complete broker close-out activities as part of ongoing customer nurture processes. Conduct proactive follow-up with program members and brokers when needed to support service quality and program requirements. Create, update, and maintain customer records in CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy. Monitor data quality and productivity while consistently meeting established performance and service benchmarks. Navigate multiple software systems and platforms efficiently to complete administrative and customer-support workflows. Support contact center representatives and management with day-to-day operational tasks and help maintain smooth service center operations. Adapt to changing workflows, priorities, and program requirements while maintaining service and accuracy standards. Requirements 2–3 years of business experience preferred. Previous customer service experience, particularly in retail, financial services, contact center, real estate, or a similar environment, is advantageous. Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications and platforms simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment. Ability to research information, follow established procedures, and complete tasks accurately within defined productivity expectations. Adaptable and comfortable working through changing processes, priorities, and business requirements. Dependable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to consistently work the required Monday–Friday schedule. Annual compensation range of $20–$22 per hour , with compensation varying based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
