After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.
About this role:
At Atria, we are recruiting for a Receptionist to ensure that every caller's experience begins with a warm and personalized welcome and finishes with a supportive departure. This is an exciting opportunity to use your excellent administrative, phone etiquette and communication skills to support the Atria mainline. You are organized, polished, and detail-oriented. You are eager to seek out ways to make the Atria experience remarkable and personalized. You are someone who thrives in a high speed environment, performs well under pressure, and is eager to learn and contribute.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a luxury customer facing role
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Experience with google suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, slack
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and no task too small attitude
- Ability to understand caller requests, ask questions and ensure members satisfaction with sufficient English skills is required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule during the Institute's open hours Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm
- High School Diploma or GED
Hourly rate: $25/hour
Location: New York office - 100% onsite role | Monday to Friday | 7am - 3pm or 11am - 7pm
