you@DORDA - Deine Aufgaben:
• Beratung zu AI, E-Commerce, Digitalisierung und New Tech • Unterstützung im Bereich Datenschutz, insbesondere Begleitung bei Data Breaches und Prüfung von datengetriebenen Geschäftsmodellen • Betreuung von Cybersecurity Vorfällen, sowohl präventiv als auch im Nachgang eines Angriffs • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Gerichts- und Behördenverhandlungen im IT-, IP-, UWG- und Datenschutzbereich • Vertragsgestaltung und Erstellung von Schriftsätzen im IT-Bereich • Mitwirkung an Publikationsprojekten und Vorträgen
