Today, Box powers over 97,000 businesses, including 70% of the Fortune 500 who trust Box to manage their content in the cloud.      WHY BOX NEEDS YOU  We're looking for a hands-on individual to join the Recruiting team as Recruiter to help growing and building our offices in Tokyo and Osaka.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Full‐cycle recruitment (researching, screening, scheduling, closing) for multiple job requisitions/orders, for numerous hiring managers Work closely with hiring mangers as well as the team members to understand the roles deeply, write captivating job descriptions and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates  Brainstorm with the hiring manager to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search; then research, e‐mail, call and interview candidates you identify Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process: pitching them on Box to make them big Box fans, understanding their needs, qualifying their competency, culture fit and add, supervising the interview process, and CLOSING! Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles Collaborate with the entire Box Recruiting Team to help making Box one of the top hiring organizations of all time Show passion for constantly improving your craft WHO YOU ARE  4‐Year University Degree is preferable Experience of at least 4 years in a fast-paced, agile work environment (preferably at a foreign-affiliated venture company). 5 Years of Full Cycle Recruiting Experience especially Sales professionals. Sourcing using social media sites experience Ability to run pipeline reports, and know what the numbers mean  Passion for cloud/SaaS technologies, specifically for Box  A hit‐the‐ground‐running plan for launching an aggressive hiring campaign  Write compelling job descriptions to find right-fit candidates to the position Demonstrate that you are an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, strategic‐thinking‐yet‐roll‐up‐the‐sleeves‐and‐get‐dirty kind of person who likes to laugh and have fun!  Experiences in creating interview processes, planning and implementation of corporate event Multi tasker Conduct any arrangements carefully and precisely Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English   EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
