Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Coordinate recruiting activities and administration, including job postings, recruiting events, onboarding-related activities, and other aspects of the hiring process. Collaborate closely with colleagues across HR to improve recruiting processes, and contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment. We’re Looking for Teammates With: Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, investment management, or technology. Experience managing full life cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business areas and hiring for a range of roles and levels. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills. Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
