About Telepatia At Telepatia, we’re building the new standard of medical intelligence in Latin America. Our AI-powered products work directly inside clinical workflows — transcribing consultations, generating structured medical records, assisting clinical decisions, and integrating with any health system. (telepatia.ai http://telepatia.ai) Doctors today spend up to 40–70% of their time on administrative work instead of patient care, and we’re changing that by building AI “healthcare employees” that operate in real time. What You'll Do
- Hire A - players: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, offer structuring, and closing for mid-to-senior roles
- Conduct market and talent pool assessments, defining sourcing strategies and building pipelines of passive candidates for current and future business-critical roles.
- Be data-driven: you will track pipelines, conversion rates, and use that data to continuously improve how we hire
- Move with urgency: you understand that great candidates don’t wait, and you act fast without sacrificing quality Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
- Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on commercial roles.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and executive search, ideally in tech, consulting, or large organizations.
- Proficient in competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment.
- Data-driven, with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and deliver strategic insights.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced/fluent English.
- Availability for hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
