This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in scaling a mission-driven organization by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across clinical, technical, and operational functions. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership, you will provide strategic guidance and market insights throughout the hiring process. You will build diverse talent pipelines, engage both active and passive candidates, and strengthen the overall candidate experience. The role also contributes to improving recruitment processes, metrics, and hiring practices as the organization continues to grow. Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation. Partner strategically with hiring managers, providing market insights, structured hiring guidance, and recommendations on job requirements and interview processes. Develop clear job descriptions and compelling candidate messaging that effectively communicate the organization’s mission and values. Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring teams throughout assigned recruitment processes. Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, referrals, and other proactive sourcing channels. Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and maintain relationships throughout the recruitment funnel. Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and support an organized recruitment process. Contribute to continuous improvements in interview structures, candidate experience, funnel conversion, and recruitment operations. Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to fill and provide data-driven insights to hiring stakeholders. Take ownership of assigned Talent Acquisition objectives and key results, including initiatives such as manager training and candidate pipeline development. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an HR or People Operations environment. Proven experience managing job requisitions from start to finish across a variety of functions, including clinical, technical, and/or operational roles. Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is highly preferred. Strong ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process. Excellent organizational skills, urgency, accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to navigate ambiguity and help scale recruitment processes in a dynamic, evolving environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting. Independent, proactive approach with strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. Combination of business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to execute effectively on day-to-day recruiting priorities. Collaborative leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines in a high-growth environment. Strong sense of ownership and ability to set and achieve high performance standards independently and with others. Ability to handle sensitive employee and business information with a high level of confidentiality. Benefits: $90,000–$100,000 USD salary.
