Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Sourcer

Old Mission is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Sourcer  to our growing Talent team to assist with sharing the O ld Mission story and vision around the globe. In this role, we are looking for an intellectually curious person who enjoys coordination, research, engagement, and the thrill of the hunt. You will partner with recruiting colleagues, hiring managers, and other key business leaders to collaborate on scheduling, sourcing, and continuously working to improve our interviewing and overall talent evaluation process.   What you’ll do: Own end-to-end scheduling and coordination for candidates moving through the interview process, across technical and non-technical roles Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview lifecycle Manage a high volume of interviews simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on role criticality and hiring urgency Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring a high standard of data hygiene Research and engage candidates for a variety of roles at all levels across the firm Build rapport, evaluate, and pitch candidates on opportunities that align with their needs/background Build a pipeline of passive candidates via a variety of different channels of your choosing Understand candidates’ skills and how they tie into the broader team, along with the firm’s goals Proactively identify, source, and engage relevant talent, based on the existing job profile with little guidance Drive results that will have both short-term and long-term impact on talent at the firm Provide an outstanding candidate experience for anyone you communicate with on behalf of Old Mission Compile reports and ensure data integrity for reporting to various stakeholders regarding pipeline, market intelligence, etc. What you need: Bachelor’s degree 1+ year of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, sourcing, and/or recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of success Comfort ramping up on technical and non-technical hiring needs, including Technology, Operations, Sales, and Trading roles, as business needs shift   Interest in developing recruiting skills, including candidate screening and interview coordination    Proven experience owning coordination within a complex interview environment, with a proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience even under pressure  Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, backed by meticulous attention to data accuracy, organization, and documentation Ability to dive into the details with meticulous organization and prioritization skills   Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow you to build great relationships with prospects for the firm   Benefits and Perks Fully paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Fully stocked kitchen; free breakfast and lunch every day on-site Tuition Reimbursement Program 401(k) with employer match Paid Vacation, Sick, and Parental leaves Commuter and Flexible Spending Programs Base Salary Range   $70,000 - $110,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education.
