What’s the role?

We are looking for a highly motivated, Recruiter to join our team in Wroclaw on 6 month fixed term contract. As a Recruiter on our team, you will manage the full life cycle recruiting experience for our hires across our geos, ensuring we hire the right people at the right time.
We are a lean team; business is rarely “as-usual.” As such our team will need to be comfortable operating very autonomously with an ability to juggle many competing priorities.

The successful candidate must be fit for our unique operating environment and culture: growth, innovative, lean, and values-driven. As such, the successful candidate must be highly capable in each the following dimensions (among others): adaptability, curiosity, resourcefulness, analytical thinking/problem solving, proactivity, taking initiative, teamwork, and thought leadership

Sourcing candidates across a range of roles using various recruitment channels

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interview panels

Preparing and issuing offer documentation and supporting onboarding activities

Organising and tracking language and technical assessments

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the recruitment system

Conducting initial candidate phone screens, with appropriate training and support

Providing candidates with timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

Building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines for key roles through proactive sourcing and relationship management

Developing a strong understanding of Factor’s business, roles and recruitment needs to support effective talent pooling

Supporting employer-branding initiatives, recruitment events, campus recruitment and other recruitment projects as required

Legally eligible to work in the Poland

2+ years’ recruitment experience, preferably as part of an in-house function, experience of recruiting legal talent

Experience in sourcing passive candidates

Experience working for a global team is a plus

Fluent in English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Thrives in both individual and team environments
