Job Description
Manat Technical is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Data Center, and ADNOC-related positions in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge and established recruitment agency contacts within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full recruitment cycle for IT, Data Center, and ADNOC project roles
- Manage bulk and niche hiring as per project timelines
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Abu Dhabi
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE recruitment standards
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience in UAE
- Hands-on experience in IT, Data Center, and ADNOC hiring
- Strong network with recruitment agencies and vendors in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor market and regulations
Preferred
- Prior experience supporting ADNOC projects
- Immediate joiner or short notice
