This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in Brazil. You will contribute directly to the recruitment and selection process, helping identify and assess candidates in an organized and efficient way. The role involves screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing information throughout the recruitment process. You will also prepare interview reports and support the monitoring and analysis of recruitment metrics. The position combines candidate interaction, information analysis, and structured recruitment activities. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in Human Resources or Psychology in a dynamic environment. The role is remote, with occasional in-person meetings required in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, or the surrounding area. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Participate in the different stages of recruitment and selection processes. Screen and review resumes according to the requirements of each position. Conduct candidate interviews and record relevant information. Prepare reports related to interviews and recruitment processes. Support the analysis and monitoring of recruitment metrics. Keep recruitment information organized and up to date. Collaborate with the team to ensure a structured and efficient hiring process. Participate in occasional in-person meetings when required. Requirements Currently pursuing a university degree or technical qualification in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Reside in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, or the surrounding area. Previous experience in recruitment and selection. Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process. Ability to conduct interviews and document information clearly and accurately. Interest in developing professional experience in Human Resources and recruitment. Ability to work independently and manage recurring recruitment activities effectively.
