Regional Accounting Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Accounting Manager based in United States. The Regional Accounting Manager will oversee the finance and accounting activities of multiple clinical research site locations. This role supports approximately 5–10 sites while helping ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance with US GAAP. Working closely with corporate finance and site operations, you will provide financial insight that supports revenue performance and business decisions. You will manage monthly close and reporting, budgeting, cash management, accounts payable oversight, and financial analysis. The position operates within a collaborative, matrixed environment with centralized accounting support and no direct reports. You will also contribute to the integration of newly acquired and de novo sites as the organization continues to expand. This is an opportunity to play a key financial leadership role within a fast-paced clinical research environment while partnering with operational teams across multiple locations.
