Own the regional CRM strategy and drive execution, defining how we unlock growth through intelligent and personalised lifecycle engagement across 13 markets. Hands-on: Design and launch campaigns, build segmentation frameworks, and optimize flows Establish CRM best practices and playbooks that scale across markets, rooted in your own B2C expertise and wins. Partner with Product, Data, and Tech to architect CRM tooling and automation Lead regional performance reviews: analyze cohort behavior, identify levers, and translate insights into real business impact. Mentor junior marketers on the team, transferring your CRM and B2C expertise into team capability. Champion experimentation — pilot new tactics, measure rigorously, scale winners. Build influence across marketing, product, and commercial leadership; you're the trusted advisor on CRM channels.

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a digital, tech, or e-commerce environment . Proven track record of leading CRM initiatives across multiple markets and delivering measurable impact on user engagement and retention. Strong strategic mindset , with the ability to design data-driven campaigns while remaining hands-on when required. Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar). Advanced analytical skills , with experience interpreting data, building reports, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Excellent stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate across local and regional teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented , able to manage multiple priorities and timelines across markets. A proactive leader and self-starter , motivated to take ownership, drive results, and inspire others in a fast-paced environment. Thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings , adapting quickly to change while keeping teams focused on impact. AI Competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
