The advisor analyses labour-market and economic trends, builds relationships with employers, iwi, training providers and government partners, identifies workforce shortages and redundancy risks, prepares reports and recommendations and supports workforce-development initiatives across the region.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, knowledge of labour-market and workforce issues, strong research, data-analysis and report-writing skills, stakeholder-engagement capability and a full New Zealand Driver Licence.
