This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager based in the United States. This role provides regional leadership for maintenance operations across multiple affordable housing communities and rental properties. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with coaching, inspections, project oversight, and operational planning. The position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, well-functioning properties where residents can feel proud of their homes. You will travel daily throughout an assigned region, supporting properties, resolving maintenance challenges, and ensuring consistent service standards. Success requires strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, preventive maintenance, compliance, budgeting, and vendor management. You will also help develop maintenance teams, standardize processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
