The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court is recruiting a Regional Mediation Coordinator at its headquarters in Bois D’Orange, Gros Islet, to coordinate court-connected mediation, alternative dispute resolution and judicial settlement conference programmes across member states and territories.
Full job description
The MPP-4 role reports to the Chief Justice and covers regional programme coordination, monitoring and evaluation, training, policy and practice guidance, stakeholder relationships, records and reporting. Salary is stated only as commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience. Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in management studies, business management, law or a related field plus 3–5 years of leadership experience; certification in mediation and/or mediation advocacy. Project-management and monitoring-and-evaluation experience are assets.
