Overview

The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court is recruiting a Regional Mediation Coordinator at its headquarters in Bois D’Orange, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia, to coordinate court-connected mediation, ADR and Judicial Settlement Conference programmes across member states and territories.

Full job description

The role coordinates regional mediation and ADR programmes, supports registrars and mediation committees, monitors programme performance, maintains data and reporting, develops training and policy materials, manages JSC scheduling and dockets, supports funding concepts and budgets, and builds relationships with stakeholders and donor agencies. Salary is stated as commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Requirements & qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in management studies, business management, law or a related field plus 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, and certification in Mediation and/or Mediation Advocacy. Project-management and monitoring-and-evaluation experience are assets.
