This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Commercial - Central based in United States. This role drives commercial growth across medium and large organizations in non-healthcare industries throughout an assigned Central U.S. territory. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop strategic account plans, and lead complex sales cycles involving multiple business and technical stakeholders. The position combines new business development, expansion of existing accounts, partner collaboration, and consultative solution selling. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations to deliver strong customer outcomes. The role requires a strategic approach to identifying opportunities, navigating complex organizations, and positioning identity and access management solutions. You will own forecasting, pipeline and opportunity management while maintaining accurate information across Salesforce and Clari. This is a remote U.S. opportunity, preferably for a candidate located in the Central United States and within the assigned territory.

Exceed assigned booking quota targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce and Clari according to established guidelines. Identify, target, and gain access to key decision-makers within strategic prospect accounts. Develop and execute account strategies for major accounts and opportunities within the assigned territory. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT leadership, end-user management, security officers, CIOs, CISOs, Finance, and business stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities across commercial industries including manufacturing, retail, banking and finance, energy, telecommunications, aviation, and other non-healthcare sectors. Partner with Sales Development Representatives to generate new opportunities and support account development. Collaborate with channel partners to leverage established relationships, account presence, and market expertise. Lead customer demonstrations and evaluation activities in partnership with SDR and Sales Engineering teams. Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts and help customers maximize the value of their existing solutions. Capture, maintain, and communicate accurate prospect and opportunity information through Salesforce. Coordinate with Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Operations to ensure orders are processed and booked accurately and on time. Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams to secure appropriate resources and resolve customer issues. Maintain strong internal and external relationships throughout the sales cycle and customer lifecycle. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 10+ years of experience selling to medium and large commercial accounts as an individual contributor, with a demonstrated record of sales success. Experience selling Identity and Access Management solutions is required, preferably to technology partners such as resellers and customers in industries including manufacturing, life sciences, retail, and financial services. Proven experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple buyers and senior-level stakeholders. Experience partnering with inside sales resources and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared business objectives. Comfortable engaging with senior executives and building relationships at the executive level. Strong oral and written communication skills, with effective presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities. Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative within a cross-functional team. Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to develop strategic account plans and manage opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Proficiency with CRM and sales forecasting tools, particularly Salesforce; experience with Clari is relevant. Must be located within the assigned territory, preferably in the Central United States. Benefits: Total compensation range of $210,000–$320,000 USD , including base salary and variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives. Fully remote position in the United States.
