This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Inertial Sense based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial growth for advanced GNSS/INS positioning, navigation, and autonomy solutions across a defined territory. You will manage strategic accounts while developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Working at the intersection of technical expertise and business development, you will translate customer needs into tailored products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer project teams to support complex opportunities from identification through close. The position also provides exposure to emerging technologies and applications across land, sea, and air autonomy markets. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Calgary and Utah, as well as industry tradeshows and customer engagements.

Promote GNSS/INS products and solutions while developing and executing sales growth strategies for assigned key accounts. Identify new business opportunities, develop qualified prospects, negotiate commercial opportunities, and close sales with existing and prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and project teams, serving as a primary point of contact for technical and commercial requests. Coordinate with customer teams on current and future contracts and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle. Work closely with internal engineering and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and translate technical needs into appropriate products and solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that clearly communicate the value and capabilities of relevant solutions. Represent the portfolio at relevant industry tradeshows and events while developing relationships across the market. Provide market and industry insights to internal teams and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecasting information in Salesforce. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Engineering, Electronics, GNSS, Geomatics, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role focused on GNSS and INS solutions. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets. Strong understanding of customer requirements and procurement processes within the INS market. Ability to understand technical customer needs and convert them into viable commercial opportunities. Strong technical presentation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Goal-oriented, results-driven, highly organized, and attentive to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team. Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build lasting industry relationships. Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Willingness and ability to travel more than 25% of working time. Experience with positioning, navigation, autonomy, or aerospace and defense technologies is an advantage. Familiarity with commercial and government procurement processes in aerospace and defense, as well as GNSS/INS applications across land, sea, and air autonomy markets, is a plus.
