This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Management (KAM) West US based in United States. This leadership role drives regional growth, market share, and commercial performance across the Western United States within the life sciences and biotechnology markets. You will lead and develop a high-performing Key Account Management team responsible for a broad portfolio of scientific and research solutions. The position combines strategic sales leadership, customer relationship development, forecasting, performance management, and commercial execution. You will work closely with customers, sales leaders, internal teams, and cross-functional organizations to create partnerships and identify new growth opportunities. The role also provides coaching and leadership development, helping sales professionals strengthen their effectiveness and build long-term careers. You will represent the organization at industry events and engage with key accounts to position innovative solutions that support scientific discovery. This is a remote opportunity requiring significant field engagement across the Western U.S., with substantial ownership of regional sales strategy and results.
