Own performance management, coaching and succession, and own the commercial relationship with planning vendors in partnership with Procurement — scope, service levels, capacity ramp and delivered quality. Serve as the regional sme in Primavera P6 EPPM and Integrated Master Schedule best practice. Drive bottom-up planning aligned to the Basis of Estimate, validate durations and benchmarks, and strengthen schedule integration and portfolio performance analysis. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. 15+ years experience working on data center projects. 10+ years project management experience. 5+ years people management experience. Proficiency in Primavera P6 EPPM (planning, scheduling and governance) and MS Excel. Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, AACE PSP or equivalent. Work with the Reporting and Analytics team to develop enhanced reporting solutions for the region, translate complex schedule and performance data into clear leadership insight, and support KPI frameworks for schedule health, performance tracking and governance. Ensure regional schedules are structured well enough that reporting and capacity models can be built on them without manual reconciliation. Build durable relationships across Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Land Development, Energy, Permitting, Commissioning, Capacity Planning and Finance so that the regional schedule reflects the constraints those teams live with.
