This role leads a regional technical service team supporting customers across fleet wash, surface treatment, and industrial food and beverage applications. You will oversee technical service representatives and technicians while ensuring customers receive high-quality, value-driven solutions. The position combines people leadership, technical problem-solving, customer relationship management, commercial support, and operational discipline. You will help customers reduce total operating costs, improve processes, and maximize the value of specialized product portfolios. The role also contributes directly to customer retention, market growth, competitive intelligence, and expansion opportunities.
