Provide operational guidance focused on transparency, tailored support, senior leadership access, quality, and effective service delivery. Work closely with strategic partnership leadership and cross-functional teams to implement regional site partnership strategies aligned with global objectives. Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and clinical trial operations. Sufficient therapeutic-area expertise to engage credibly in discussions with healthcare professionals and clinical research stakeholders. Demonstrated success building executive-level relationships and influencing C-suite decision-makers within the healthcare sector. Proven experience managing complex business-to-business relationships with healthcare systems, research organizations, or strategic partners. Experience establishing, negotiating, and managing complex strategic contracts and partnership arrangements. Strong business acumen and the ability to systematically evaluate, prioritize, and pursue multiple strategic opportunities. Data-driven leadership capabilities, including experience using KPIs, metrics, and analytics to establish accountability and improve organizational performance. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated results orientation, persistence, sound judgment, and strong follow-through. Ability to operate successfully within a complex, matrixed organization and collaborate effectively across clinical development, country operations, and site operations teams. Proven ability to manage yourself effectively, drive results independently, and adapt to ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. Strong leadership experience, including influencing peers, coaching others, and guiding colleagues toward meaningful outcomes.
