The Regional Vice President will lead District and Resident District Managers while partnering closely with national and divisional leadership. You’ll serve as a senior representative to key clients, helping strengthen relationships, resolve escalations, and support long-term partnerships. Partner with Sales and Retention teams to develop growth strategies, structure deals, present new business opportunities, build prospective client relationships, and negotiate contract terms. Collaborate with internal and external partners on regional and nationwide initiatives. Drive talent development through performance evaluations, succession planning, coaching, and a comprehensive understanding of operational roles. Own regional financial performance and P&L while ensuring accuracy across reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures across the region. Monitor marketplace trends and contribute to strategic planning and long-term business development. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 8 years of progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, or support services in lieu of a degree. Significant multi-unit and multi-client leadership experience, preferably within a higher education environment. Previous Vice President-level experience is preferred. Strong senior leadership background with demonstrated experience in contract management, budgeting, customer service, people development, food services, negotiations, and operational strategy. Proven ability to grow a business, lead large cross-functional teams, and apply strong business and financial judgment. Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment. Exceptional client relationship, influencing, listening, and written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop teams, identify talent, conduct performance evaluations, and support succession planning. Proactive, positive, professional, flexible, resilient, and committed to an inclusive leadership approach. Strong initiative, ownership, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred. Benefits: Base salary of $200,000–$240,000 plus bonus eligibility. Remote work.
